What is sex coaching?

Sex coaching is a collaborative and transformational process that helps individuals and couples explore their relationship to pleasure, connection, vulnerability, and self-awareness. Unlike therapy, coaching is future-focused and centered around personal growth, emotional safety, and embodied expression.

At Awakened Intimacy, I help clients deepen their connection to themselves and others, release shame, and explore intimacy on their own terms, whether that’s sexual, emotional, or spiritual.

Is this sex therapy?

No, this is not sex therapy or medical advice. As a certified sex coach, I offer emotional support, guided practices, education, and safe space for exploration. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but many clients find it deeply therapeutic. If needed, I may refer you to a therapist or clinician for additional support.

Do you work with couples and individuals?

Yes. I offer both individual intimacy coaching and couples coaching. You can come alone or with a partner, and I also support people in non-monogamous dynamics, triads, or evolving relationship structures. What matters most is your willingness to show up with honesty and openness.

Do you work with LGBTQ+ clients?

Yes, always. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and body-positive. I work with clients of all genders, orientations, identities, relationship styles, and lived experiences.

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Both! I offer virtual sessions via Google Meet, and limited in-person sessions depending on location and availability. Some clients prefer a hybrid experience. You’ll choose what feels most supportive for you.

What happens in a session?

Each session is tailored to your needs. We might talk through patterns, practice communication techniques, explore your body’s wisdom through guided exercises, or simply hold space for honest reflection. You’ll never be asked to do anything you’re not comfortable with.

This is about coming home to yourself gently, safely, and with full consent.

What is your pricing?

I offer single sessions and coaching packages for individuals and couples. Pricing varies depending on the package and level of support. I will send my rates after your free 30-minute clarity call.

Do you offer sliding scale or payment plans?

Yes. I offer limited sliding scale spots and payment plans because I believe this work should be accessible. If cost is a barrier, let’s talk. I’ll always be honest about what I can offer.
